A Banoffee Pie consist of a sweet pie crumb crust which has a hint of saltiness. This is filled with banana in caramel sauce over a thin layer of chocolate ganache. This is topped by whipped cream and drizzled with some caramel and chocolate sauce, and dark chocolate shavings.
