I decided to try a dish I haven’t tried yet, the Crunchy Salmon Salad. The salad is composed of cabbage, salmon, Japanese mayonnaise, salmon roe, nori flakes, and crunchy salmon skin. It’s a delicious mix of flavors that blend perfectly well to create a delicious and memorable salad.
